Adding life events (timeline)

A person's Timeline mixes automatic events (born, married, children, died) with your own custom events — military service, schools, jobs, where they lived, or a note.

Add an event

1. On the person's page, find the Timeline section and tap Add.
2. Pick a kind (Event, Lived, School, Military, Work, Note).
3. Fill in the year, place, and what happened, then Add to timeline.

Remove an event you added

Custom events show a small pin. Long-press one (app) to delete it. The automatic born/married/died events come from the record itself — change those by editing the person's facts.
