Family ForestEditing a person's facts
Open the person, tap the edit (pencil) menu, and choose:
- Rename — fix or complete their name.
- Edit facts — birth and death dates and places, sex, and who verified them.
- Also known as — add nicknames and maiden names (see “Aliases”).
- Set profile photo — pick the portrait that represents them.
You can only edit people in your own tree. Editing someone in another member's tree isn't allowed — that's their record to keep.
