Photo tools: year, rotate, rename, records

The photo menu (⋮) carries the housekeeping tools:

• Set year — stamp the photo's year. This powers date-aware suggestions and conflict checks.
• Rotate — turn the image; face boxes rotate with it.
• Rename — give the photo a title (the original file name is still kept and shown).
• Mark as record / Mark as photo — move it between the Photos and Records lanes.
• Delete photo (admin) — permanently remove Family Forest's copy. Your original file on the source drive is never touched.
