Browsing & filtering photos

The Photos grid shows the whole archive, newest first. Filters keep it manageable.

Lanes

• Photos — everyday family snapshots (the default).
• Records — documents like censuses and yearbooks.
• All — everything together.

Filters

Open Filters to narrow by:

• Needs naming (photos that still have an unnamed face) or People identified.
• A year range.
• One or more people by name.

You can also scope to a single batch (one scan or upload) with the batches picker. Tap Clear to return to the full grid.
