What you can do here
- Browse the whole family archive — thousands of photos and people, already gathered.
- Build your own branch of the tree and add your own people, photos, and stories.
- Put names to faces — the recognizer groups the same face across many photos so you can name a whole person at once.
- Get discoveries (hints) that connect your tree to relatives' trees automatically.
- Search old newspapers and save clippings and records onto a person.
- See the family on a map and in the numbers (surnames, places, lifespans).
Everything works the same on the website (any computer or phone browser) and in the mobile app (Android and iPhone). This help section is available on both.
Reads are open across the whole family — once you're signed in you can look at everyone's people and photos. Editing is private to your own tree (see “How trees work here”).
