Saving sources & clippings

A source is a citation attached to a person β€” a newspaper article, a record, or a note that backs up a fact.

  1. From a newspaper result, tap the bookmark to save it onto the person.
  2. When the archive provides the page scan, Family Forest captures the clipping and stores it, so a thumbnail shows on the person's Sources.

Saved sources appear in the Sources section of the person's page, with the clipping thumbnail when one was captured. Tap to open the original; long-press to remove a source.
